Pull up to hood as close as possible so that back is supported by back rest
Work at elbow height and try not to raise arms above shoulder height
Protect your arms from contact force on edge of hood
Place disposal bins close by at elbow height
Clean viewing window often to reduce eye strain
Make sure lighting is adequate for all tasks
Support feet on foot ring or platform
