Microscope Postures
Adjust height of stool so that arms are in a neutral posture and pull stool close to work bench
Keep elbows close to your side and wrists in straight position
Reduce contact force on arms by using padding
Position microscope close to you and adjust height of eye piece to minimize neck bending
Take frequent breaks and allow your eyes to focus on something in the distance
